Most products are made to order. For that reason, unfortunately there will be NO RETURNS or REFUNDS unless the item has been damaged or the wrong item has been shippedMake sure to verify the size and details of items before ordering.
Once your order has been placed, please wait the full turn around time before contacting about your order. I promise it's on the way! Believe me, I know how exciting it is to get something in the mail! Custom fees may applied depending on your location.

In the case that the item has been damaged or the wrong item has been shipped, please email me and we will make things right! We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
